Houston Crawfish Season Kicks Off with the King of Crawfish Fest
Houston Crawfish Season doesn't officially begin until we name the King of Crawfish at The Annual King of Crawfish Festival on Saturday, February 29th. The party will run all day long—from 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, where you’ll get to taste the best mudbugs in Bayou City! Join us in Emancipation Park for this highly anticipated event, and we guarantee that you won’t regret the decision!
Trust us—this is the most anticipated seafood boil of the year. The event will feature an All-You-Can-Eat Crawfish Pass, along with a wide variety of food and drinks other than just crawfish. There will be a Top-Ranked Specialty Chefs area, where you can explore some of the most unique flavors and boil combinations in the Southeast region. You’ll also get to see who is crowned the King of Crawfish—a very prestigious title if we do say so ourselves.
Although tents and coolers aren’t allowed, feel free to bring folding chairs or blankets. There is on-street parking surrounding the venue, or you can forget all about the hassle and take an Uber/Lyft! Tickets start at $7, but we also have VIP Cabanas available for an extra cost!
For more information on this event, email KingOfCrawfishFest@gmail.com or visit www.KingOfCrawfishFest.com. We can’t wait to see you there!
